Hammond bug quest ingredients...

Hello,

I'm having trouble with the Hammond bug quest. I have all the ingredients but the rock moss, and I can't find it anywhere. I've found lots of grave moss and mountain moss, but no rock moss. Twelve more hours till the quest runs out! Help please!

Perhaps the mountain moss was translated as rock moss in the recipe (German: Bergmoos). It should be the same.
Go to Taliasan.
Do you have the booze for Taliasan too?

Thanks, I've got it now. Hammond's now a human again! But... how do I pickpocket people? I learned both Level 1 and Level 2 of the pickpocket skill, but I don't know how to do it. Help again, please!

As far as i remember you have to sneak (learn it after doing the fights for Rictiovarus at the arena) from behind and "use" the NPC. Now you have access to his inventory - as long as the NPC not notices it.

I never used it in Gothic 1, because I cannot gain any experience and rarely get good items.

Well I think I failed that. You see I played first time but forgot that Hammond is the meat bug guy. I was wandering why don't I find the npc to teach you pick locks and pick pocket. Well when I talked with the mage . All his dialogue lines were in German. Idk German so I press random and I failed the quest. Great. Now I can't make the guy human again.
